A big step backwards

The latest version is a huge disappointment. Buggy and crashes every time the back button is used. Not what one would expect for a paid subscription newspaper and the one with the biggest circulation in Singapore. Response and recovery is pathetic. Days after the new version is launched and countless "send report" for the crash, no update or corrective action is in sight. Seriously damaged the "Straits Times" brand. Communicated slowness, lethargy, bureaucracy.... hardly the brand attributes of a forward looking, technology savvy, newspaper behemoth.
